Can I pick up my order?
- If you are local to the Atlanta, GA area, you are more than welcome to pick up your order! Once your order is placed, email us at selfkiniswimwear@gmail.com to schedule your pick up time or you can message us on Instagram (@selfkiniwear).
How long will it take my order to ship?
- Shipping takes 3-5 business days with orders! All of our orders are shipped through the USPS.
- Preorder items are estimated to ship within 3-4 weeks. Customer will receive an email with tracking number once their item is shipped.
What is your return policy?
- All sales are FINAL. Because I'm a small business I do not have enough inventory to offer exchanges!
How will I know when my order is shipped?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
How does sizing work?
- All swimwear is Brazilian style meaning they do run small! We recommend that you size up if you are not comfortable with your suit being cheeky. PLEASE EXPECT YOUR SUITS TO BE CHEEKY.
I messed up on my address, but my order went through?
- If you forgot to include your apartment, suite, or building number in your address PLEASE EMAIL US at selfkiniswimwear@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY after your order went through. After 48 hours if you have not emailed us and we have shipped out your order, then Selfkini does not take responsibility for your package and we will NOT offer a refund. If you still want the items previously purchased you will need to re-purchase.
